Every year about 1.5 lakh people loose their lives in Road Crashes in India. 

The purpose of creation of this blog is to share the successful efforts made by police and other stakeholders in India to reduce road crashes and save lives. 

It also shares the success stories of better traffic management.

Dear Friends, Given below are some of the initiatives taken under "Corporate Social Responsibility" program by various corporate firms for Road Safety.... 1. CSR of SBI General Insurance SBI General Insurance associated with Doers NGO, to support Himachal Pradesh police in bringing down the number of road mishaps in January 2023. Under the CSR programme, SBI General provided a well-equipped ambulance which will provide immediate medical care to the road accident victims in Mandi district within the ‘Golden hour’. The association involves SBI General, Doers NGO, Himachal Pradesh Police and Civil Hospital, Sundarnagar with an aim to provide timely treatment and facilitate lifesaving medical resources for road accident victims.
